Sana Ali

Sana Ali works as a Resource Mobilization and Advocacy officer at Score Foundation. Sana has completed her Masters in Human Rights and Duties Education from Jamia Milia Islamia University.

During her research, Sana has completed her dissertation on ‘Disability; an accessibility issue looking particularly in the urban environment. She is passionate about social causes and looks forward to contributing positively to the disability sector.

During her free time, Sana loves exploring new places and spending time with her friends.

Binni Kumari

Binni Kumari is a 28 year old female with congenital blindness. She is a graduate in Political Science from Delhi University’s Indraprastha (IP) College. In 2010, after completing her 1 year diploma in Computer Applications from All India Confederation of the Blind (AICB), Binni joined Score Foundation as a Helpdesk Executive. Now she works as the Helpdesk Operations Manager which includes supervising and training a team of counselors. She wants to work towards the betterment of living life with blindness and low vision. In her job, she feels a sense of accomplishment. She sees herself grow alongside the organization’s growth.

Dominic Roy

Dominic Roy is a Helpdesk Counselor at Score. He is 24 years old and totally blind. He completed his BA Honors in English from Delhi University. Prior to joining Score Foundation, Dominic underwent a computer diploma course at EnAble India in Bangalore. At the help desk, his work mainly includes counseling clients and researching for information. He tries to inculcate positivity in his callers so they too can lead meaningful happy lives. Dominic believes that with access to the right information, anyone can achieve their goals. Dominic is a voracious reader and likes to discuss Indian politics and cricket. He also holds a keen interest in assistive technology. He aspires to become an IAS officer and motivate visually impaired youth towards achieving their goals.

Poonam Baisla

Poonam Baisla joined Score as a Helpdesk counselor in May 2016. She has a BA degree from Delhi University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Welfare in IGNOU. Coming from a conservative Gujjar community, it wasn’t an easy journey for her to step out of her home to work. As part of the Helpdesk team she counsels clients as the need arises and researches for information as well. This is her first job and she sees it as an opportunity to learn something new every day. She is fond of reading books motivational books and also books on spirituality.
