The Counsellors at Score Foundation assist visually impaired individuals both on phone calls and in person, as required. They help in resolving any queries relating to living life with blindness, including guidance regarding career, personal life, education and everyday problems.

Our peer-led approach ensures that the advice comes from lived experience, building authentic trust and delivering practical, battle-tested solutions.

The counsellors follow up with the callers to ensure continuous support and hand-holding till the problems are resolved. This commitment to long-term resolution is what defines our counselling vertical.
