The 2021–22 Annual Report highlights Score Foundation’s efforts to sustain and expand the Eyeway ecosystem despite pandemic-related disruptions. Through online engagement, webinars, counselling services, workshops, and advocacy initiatives, the organization continued supporting blind and visually impaired people nationwide. The Eyeway National Helpdesk handled over 8,400 calls, addressing issues related to healthcare, employment, education, assistive technology, disability rights, and emergency relief. The report emphasizes the need for research-driven advocacy, stronger grassroots partnerships, and future exploration of entrepreneurship as a pathway to economic independence for visually impaired persons.

Enhancing the Eyeway Helpdesk while exploring technology, entrepreneurship, and stronger community engagement.

The 2022–23 Annual Report showcases a period of organizational strengthening and strategic expansion. The Eyeway Helpdesk responded to more than 11,000 queries from across India, helping visually impaired individuals access education, employment, assistive technology, government schemes, and independent living resources. The report highlights Score Foundation’s commitment to centralizing and improving Helpdesk operations, increasing outreach, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, and promoting entrepreneurship as a viable livelihood option.

The 2023–24 Annual Report reflects one of Score Foundation’s most impactful years. The organization expanded its national visibility through participation in the International Purple Fest and celebrated the 25th anniversary of the first Blind Cricket World Cup. Operational improvements included expanding the Delhi Helpdesk team, improving service quality, and strengthening organizational capacity. New partnerships and technology-focused initiatives laid the foundation for future growth and wider impact.
