Shirin Kheriwala has been serving as an Eyeway Helpdesk Counsellor in Mumbai, Maharashtra, since March 2017, bringing extensive educational and community service experience to Score Foundation. She holds a Post Graduation degree in Sociology from Pune University, providing her with deep understanding of social dynamics and community needs.
Shirin’s commitment to education spans over a decade, during which she has been providing coaching classes to school students. This experience has developed her teaching, mentoring, and guidance skills, which she now applies to counseling visually impaired individuals seeking support through the Eyeway Helpdesk.
Her dedication to social work extends beyond her professional role at Score Foundation. Every Sunday, Shirin engages in various social work activities across different fields, demonstrating her commitment to community service and social impact. This voluntary work keeps her connected to diverse community needs and enhances her understanding of social challenges.
