Salil served as the managing partner of Splash Communications, providing him with valuable business and communications experience. His entrepreneurial background contributes strategic business insights to Score Foundation’s governance and sustainability planning.
As a passionate disability activist, Salil has been using a wheelchair since the age of 18 following an accident. This personal experience with disability provides him with authentic understanding of accessibility challenges and empowerment needs. He contributes regularly to publications of Ability Foundation and NCPEDP (National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People), demonstrating his commitment to disability advocacy through writing and thought leadership.
