Urooj Fatima

Urooj Fatima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Human Rights from Jamia Millia Islamia. With a strong passion for education and social justice, Urooj completed a two-year fellowship with Teach for India, where she worked in a Delhi government school, enriching the lives of children through quality education and mentorship.

Currently, Urooj serves as a Helpdesk Officer at Score Foundation. In her role, she manages a team of six counselors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective assistance and support for the foundation’s initiatives. Her dedication to empowering others and her commitment to human rights drive her work every day.
