As a successful entrepreneur, Meenal founded and led a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) for over a decade, demonstrating her business acumen and financial expertise. Her extensive development sector experience encompasses nurturing and mentoring financial institutions and community-led organizations, focusing on program designing, impact assessment, fundraising, managing strategic partnerships, systems development, and team leadership.
