Sana Ali

Sana Ali works as a Resource Mobilization and Advocacy officer at Score Foundation. Sana has completed her Masters in Human Rights and Duties Education from Jamia Milia Islamia University.

During her research, Sana has completed her dissertation on ‘Disability; an accessibility issue looking particularly in the urban environment. She is passionate about social causes and looks forward to contributing positively to the disability sector.

During her free time, Sana loves exploring new places and spending time with her friends.

Kethosinuo Tepa

Kethosinuo Tepa works as a Communications and Research Officer at Score Foundation since October 2021. She studied English Literature at Janki Devi Memorial College, Delhi University, and is interested in community development.

She has been volunteering with young people in Northeast India for the last 5 years and has worked with organizations like Difficult Dialogues, North East Network, NEIMUN, and Youthnet.

In her free time, she likes reading books and binge-watching K-dramas.

Babita Kumari Moharana

Babita Kumari Moharana is a visually impaired Eyeway Helpdesk Counselor at Score Foundation. She has completed her M.Phil in Political Science from Delhi University. Before joining Score she worked as a communications trainer with National Association for the Blind (Centre for blind women) and Enable India. In her spare time, Babita loves to go sightseeing and exploring new places. At Score, she is responsible for handling Eyeway Helpdesk calls and assisting blind and visually impaired callers.

Ritu Jain

Ritu Jain is a visually impaired Eyeway Helpdesk Counselor at Score Foundation. She comes with fourteen years of work experience from varied background. At score, she is responsible for handling Eyeway Helpdesk calls and assisting blind and visually impaired callers. When not working, Ritu loves to sing and makes new friends.

Shabnam Durani

Shabnam Durani works as a Programme and Communications Manager at Score Foundation. She comes with more than 10 years of work experience in the development sector in both Programme Management as well as in Marketing and Communications.

She also holds entrepreneurial experience and was the Co-Founder of Tent Jewellery, an initiative aimed at upskilling women and providing livelihood opportunities to them. Prior to joining Score Foundation, she was a part of prestigious organizations like ADAPT, Chintan environmental research & action group and Asha Society.

Shabnam has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.

George Abraham

George Abraham, CEO of Score Foundation is a post graduate in Operations Research and graduate in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. George started his career in advertising in 1981 and was involved with two leading advertising agencies till 1989. After which he began working with the blind. In 1990 he launched national cricket programmes for the blind and established the World Blind Cricket Council in 1996. Later he launched a mobile training program in personality development in 1997 as well as co-authored a book on Inclusive Education in 2004. In 2002 George founded Score Foundation and launched its flagship Project Eyeway in 2003, which is a single stop Knowledge Resource for blind and visually impaired people with the object of changing lives through the power of Knowledge. In the past George has been conferred with awards such as, the Sanskriti Award, the Rotary Vocational Award, The Limca Book of Record’s “People of the Year” Award and was elected as an Ashoka fellow in 2001. In 1996, he also had the privilege of running with the Olympic Torch at Atlanta. Having spent over two decades working in the domain of Life with blindness, George has diverse experience as a trainer/motivational speaker, a promoter of cricket for the blind and a disability Activist/Communicator.

Shruti Pushkarna

Shruti Pushkarna is a Communications consultant at Score Foundation. She is a multimedia professional with over eleven years of experience in journalism. She has a Bachelors degree in English (Literature) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University and a post graduation in Content Creation and Management, with a specialization in New Media. She has worked as a news and programming producer in television as well as online media with reputed media groups. She has also worked as an Events Producer, conceptualizing and executing events on various themes in the domain of media. With two grandparents who dedicated their entire lives to social work, Shruti has been closely associated with community service since childhood. She is the Chief Functionary in a 30 year old home-run trust, KHEL Charities which provides equal opportunity education, support and employment to the underprivileged.

Geeta S Nair

Geeta S Nair has been working with Score since 2009. She joined as a Talking Book Editor and also helped in updating the website with the latest information. Geeta now works as a Research and Communication Officer. She is responsible for uploading content on the Eyeway website as well as managing the monthly reports , researching on latest jobs for blind and visually impaired people. Her passion and dedication helped her grow in the organization to reach her present level. She continues to learn and grow at Score.

John van Prooijen

John van Prooijen is HR Manager at Score Foundation. He has a Bachelors degree in Social Work and an MBA degree in Human Resource Management and Service Delivery. John held various management positions for 35 years in several healthcare organizations in the Netherlands. He also volunteered for a nursing home and for an organization that worked for prevention of cruelty towards children. He came to India in October 2008 as a VSO volunteer to work for Score in the capacity of Organizational Development Advisor. He has continued to work for Score as an independent volunteer. His main responsibilities include HR management and supporting the Board of Trustees. John likes to listen to music, read books and he also likes gardening. He likes to keep up to date with Indian politics and Indian culture. He explores new books on the subject and even likes to take heritage walks in the city.

Sushant Das

Sushant Das has been with Score foundation from the very beginning. He started his career as an office assistant, and over the course of time proved his skill in handling finances. Currently he is the Administration Officer at Score.
